Can you describe the impact of CF’s coaching program and what you learned from it?

I joined CF Coaching specifically to focus on my business and income goals. I did not realize that while working toward those income goals (which I’ve way beyond exceeded), every area of my life would be elevated too. Catherine’s program has taught me that I am in complete control of all areas of my life. I get to decide how I want to feel, think, and act, regardless of outside circumstances. This program has not only taught me how to be a more effective human, but it has given me the tools to evaluate and deal with any difficult situation that arises in my life.

As I saw results in my business & my life while in the CF Mindset Method, I knew it was time to go even deeper. And I was confident I had the right coach by my side! I decided to sign up to Catherine’s Amplifiers Mastermind. This is an intimate gathering of women who meet with Catherine regularly to magnify every aspect of our lives & businesses. It was life changing…

Did you “blow the lid off” your own expectations? How?

I joined the CF Mindset Method with a goal of doubling my income, thinking that was extremely lofty and unrealistic. Within 6 months of the program, I learned how to 500% my monthly income WITH EASE. I went from a solo entrepreneur to an agency owner with 2 team members in a matter of 8 months! I look back at my journal and am truly amazed at reading all of the things I wanted back then, that are a reality for me now.

After working with Catherine inThe Amplifiers Mastermind, I can honestly say my expectations were blown away again. I joined the program not knowing what to expect - I just knew that I desired to be in this level of mentorship and support. Knowing that I had access to Catherine so closely throughout the program was invaluable. I learned that one of my biggest blocks was taking quick action. Having Catherine's constant support and accountability allowed me to take immediate action. From the moment a decision was made in my business, I was able to execute it thanks to her support. I didn't allow my paradigms to hold me back and keep me from taking the necessary action steps I needed.

As a direct result of working with Catherine in this container, I was able to generate close to $90,000 of new business during our time together. I'm extremely proud of this. On the personal side, Catherine was there to help coach me through some health challenges I was facing during our time together. The support that I received helped give me a safe space to express my feelings and gave me space that I needed to heal. I am so grateful for all of our time together!

What is the biggest change you have seen in yourself or in your life?

For the longest time, I was a victim of my circumstances. I would wake up feeling triggered from a difficult situation that came up the night before, or by something someone said to me. I was always looking at the glass half empty, only seeing the negativity in situations.

I am no longer that person. My friends and family tell me how positive I am. My clients and colleagues tell me that I am their biggest cheerleader. In fact, even grocery store workers and strangers on the street approach me to tell me how positive my energy is. 

I am no longer a victim. I am in complete control of my life, and I am consciously choosing to use my positive attitude to help make the world a better place!

After being in the Amplifiers Mastermind I have learned to take quick action. I don't take things personally in my business anymore and I don't sit and ruminate on having to make difficult choices. Not only am I more productive, but I am able to identify when I am in my head and quickly able to shift gears to choosing a more positive feeling thought.

How did CF's “Company of Women” impact your coaching experience?

The main reason I joined Catherine’s coaching program was because I was looking for a powerful community to lift me up and inspire me to reach my goals. My philosophy is to always make sure that I am surrounded by brilliant women who are smarter, and more successful than I am, so that their energy and determination rubs off on me. I’m proud to say that Catherine’s community far beyond exceeded my expectations. Not only have I worked professionally with many of these women in Catherine’s community, but I have connected with and learned valuable insight from them.

What was the number one takeaway for you?

Learning how to think in a way that puts me in control of my results has been one of the greatest skills and lessons to learn. It’s shifted my thinking into knowing that nothing is impossible for me. I can achieve whatever results I want – I just need to observe my thoughts and use them FOR me, rather than allowing my thoughts to use me!

After my time in the Amplifiers Mastermind I know with certainty that there is always a different way to look at our challenges - and sometimes all it takes is a reframe to help get you through anything!
