Our relationships are our biggest teachers. They show us the ugly, the beautiful, and the possible. They humble us, they stretch us and they matter deeply to us.

They deserve our attention, and they deserve to be tended to with new care and new understanding.

We want to be in relation with how we are in relationships.

Over our time together, you will:

  • Learn to take care of your own state first, & then identify blindspots & trends in how you show up in your important relationships. You’ll learn how that creates results you both want & don’t want, & how to shift it.

  • Identify & learn how to express your needs, so you feel secure & thrive with others.

  • Learn how to clean up and communicate your pains, complaints & lingering heartaches in a way that strengthens dynamics.

  • Hone the steps required to share, listen & connect both deeply & vulnerably with people you care most about.

  • Realize how you can deepen your connection with others.

  • Learn how to express your truth & feel free to be your fullest self with others that you love.
